Refund & Return Policy

At Zenica Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@zenicaorganics.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging for verification.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items not purchased directly from our official website


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
